Debt Free Living Podcast-009 Audrey Russell

Listen to this episode

Audrey Russell joins us on today’s show to share how she and her husband paid off over $75,000 in debt. After getting married, they paid off over $26,000 in consumer debt in the first year of their marriage. They did not stop there, however, as they pushed through and paid off the condo they were living in at the time!

Audrey originally got into debt by buying into the whole “Good debt” philosophy which really just slowed down her prosperity. But by being out of debt she is able to experience freedom which she is doing by staying at home with her son. The key to paying off the debt was to temporarily sacrifice and live off of one income and what kept them going with intensity was having little celebrations after each debt was paid off.

Audrey started RussellMoneyCoaching.com in 2011 to help show clients how they can become debt free. Her goal is to get her clients to be able to live their values and have choices by getting their finances in order.
